Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

PGT Business Studies Teacher

to join our senior secondary school faculty. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in commerce and management, capable of teaching Business Studies to students of grades 11 and 12, and preparing them for board exams (CBSE).

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum. Develop lesson plans, and assessments that cater to the individual needs of students. Conduct regular tests and provide feedback to students and parents. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and academic growth. Maintain accurate student records including attendance, grades, and progress reports. Prepare students for board examinations and assist with career counseling where needed. Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff for inter-disciplinary learning and school events. Participate in school functions, staff meetings, and professional development activities. Manage classroom discipline and encourage responsible behavior.

Qualifications and Skills:

Postgraduate degree (M.Com / MBA / M.A. in Business Studies or Economics) from a recognized university. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory. Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferably in a CBSE). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
