We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced P

ost Graduate Teacher (PGT) for Business Studies and Economics

to join our senior secondary faculty team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Business Studies and Economics for Grades XI and XII (CBSE curriculum). Design and implement lesson plans that align with CBSE standards and promote conceptual clarity. Use innovative pedagogical methods including case studies, real-world scenarios, and technology integration. Assess student progress through tests, projects, and assignments; provide constructive feedback. Prepare students for board examinations with rigorous academic support. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs. Maintain discipline and encourage positive student behavior and academic integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Postgraduate degree in Commerce/Economics (M.Com/M.A. Economics or equivalent). B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory). Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Business Studies and/or Economics at the senior secondary level (CBSE preferred). Strong communication and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching and mentorship. Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and learning.

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of NEP 2020 and 21st-century teaching practices. Experience in CBSE board exam evaluation or paper setting. Familiarity with experiential and project-based learning approaches.
