# Responsibilities:

1. Teaching:

- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Biology for Classes 11 and 12.

- Employ various teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, and interactive activities.

2. Curriculum Development:

- Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.

- Create and update instructional materials, such as presentations, handouts, and lab manuals.

3. Assessment:

- Design and conduct periodic assessments, quizzes, and examinations.

- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

4. Laboratory Management:

- Conduct laboratory experiments, ensuring that safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed.

- Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and materials, ensuring they are available and in good condition.

5. Student Support:

- Provide additional assistance and mentoring to students who need help with concepts.

- Encourage student participation in science fairs, projects, and extracurricular activities related to Biology.

6. Classroom Management:

- Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.

- Foster a culture of inquiry and critical thinking among students.

7. Collaboration:

- Work with other teachers to integrate Biology with other subjects and interdisciplinary projects.

- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives and events.

# Qualifications:

- Education: A Master's degree in Biology or a related field, along with a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed).

- Experience: Previous teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
