We are looking for a passionate and qualified

female PGT Biology Teacher

to teach

Grades 11 & 12 (CBSE curriculum)

and support students with

NEET foundation coaching

. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and a nurturing approach to mentoring young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Biology to senior secondary students as per the CBSE syllabus. Conduct

NEET foundation classes

with a focus on conceptual clarity, application-based learning, and test readiness. Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, study materials, and assessment papers aligned with board and NEET requirements. Organize regular tests, assignments, and doubt-clearing sessions. Monitor student performance and provide feedback for improvement. Encourage inquiry, critical thinking, and a love for the subject in students. Maintain student records and participate in parent-teacher interactions. Collaborate with faculty and academic coordinators for effective curriculum planning. Actively participate in school functions, workshops, and professional development programs.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Biology/Life Sciences with B.Ed. Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Grades 11 & 12 (CBSE). Prior experience in

NEET coaching

or foundation classes is

highly desirable

. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students. Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and platforms for teaching.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Ability to simplify and relate biological concepts to real-life examples. Experience with NEET-style question papers, MCQs, and competitive exam strategies. Friendly, approachable, and committed to students' academic success and well-being.
