Job Responsibilities:

Teach Biology effectively as per the prescribed curriculum Plan and deliver engaging, student-centric lessons Ensure strong conceptual understanding and academic progress Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments Conduct regular tests and evaluations Monitor and mentor students in a residential school environment Maintain classroom discipline and academic records Participate in academic meetings, examinations, and school activities

Key Result Areas (KRA):

Effective curriculum delivery with timely lesson completion Improved student understanding and subject performance Consistent lesson planning and assessment execution Student engagement and classroom discipline Active participation in academic and residential duties Regular communication with academic coordinators

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

Student academic performance and assessment results Quality and timeliness of lesson plans and evaluations Classroom management and student feedback Adherence to school policies and schedules Contribution to academic initiatives and school activities Professional conduct and communication effectiveness

Required Skills & Eligibility:

Female candidate preferred Strong subject knowledge in Biology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor and guide students holistically Comfortable working in a residential school environment Dedicated, proactive, and student-focused approach
