to join our academic team.

Eligibility:

Postgraduate degree in the respective subject. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills A vision for changing the methodology of school education, willingness to integrate technology into this.

Responsibilities:

Teach Senior Classes (CBSE) Prepare lesson plans, conduct assessments, and support student learning Participate in academic planning, parent meetings, and co-curricular activitiy Create or find relevant visual aid for every lesson you conduct to intrigue the children. Individual attention to each child as that is a necessity in a Boarding school. Creating CDRs- Child Development Reports for each child on a monthly basis, such that we can calibrate their daily routine and activities and engagements with peers, teachers and themselves in an oriented manner. Create a development pathway for students.

Desirable Attributes-- Fluency in English and at least one regional language.- Knowledge of Indian education system and child development norms.- Familiarity with digital safety, mental health first aid, and adolescent behavior management, and above all, we need the individual to be PATIENT. Patience is indeed a virtue when it comes to the development of students.
