Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver

structured and engaging classroom sessions

as per CBSE curriculum. Develop and execute

lesson plans, projects, and assessments

. Mentor students for

CBSE Board Exams and competitive exams (CA Foundation, CUET, Entrepreneurship challenges, Fine Arts competitions)

. Encourage

real-world application of concepts

through case studies, projects, exhibitions, and interactive activities. Guide students in

entrepreneurial thinking, innovation projects, and business simulations

. Organize and oversee

subject-related activities, workshops, and exhibitions

. In Fine Arts: plan and deliver lessons in painting, sketching, applied art, and exhibitions while fostering creativity and cultural awareness. Maintain proper academic records and ensure

timely syllabus completion

. Collaborate with peers and coordinators to ensure

continuous improvement and holistic growth of students

.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Post Graduate Degree

in the respective subject (Accounts/Business Studies/Entrepreneurship/Fine Arts).

B.Ed. (mandatory)

. Minimum

3-5 years of teaching experience

in a CBSE senior secondary school preferred. Strong subject expertise and

excellent command of English communication

. For Fine Arts: proven artistic skills and prior teaching/mentoring experience in CBSE or reputed institutions.

Key Competencies

In-depth subject knowledge and familiarity with

CBSE exam patterns

. Ability to integrate

practical applications, projects, and competitions

into teaching. Strong classroom management, creativity, and mentoring ability. Proficiency with

technology and digital teaching aids

Remuneration
