Teaching and Curriculum:

Lesson Planning and Delivery:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons on accountancy concepts, principles, and practices, aligned with the school's curriculum and syllabus.

Curriculum Development:

Contribute to the development and implementation of the accountancy curriculum, ensuring it is relevant and up-to-date.

Teaching Methods:

Utilize various teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, to facilitate student learning.

Assessment:

Design and implement assessments (tests, assignments, projects) to evaluate student understanding and progress.

Feedback:

Provide constructive feedback to students on their work and learning, helping them to improve their performance.
Student Management and Support:

Classroom Management:

Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment, managing student behavior and promoting active participation.

Student Progress:

Monitor student progress and identify areas where students may need additional support or intervention.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and other relevant information.

Guidance and Mentorship:

Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them develop their understanding of accountancy and prepare for future careers.
