The PGT - Business Studies & Accounts will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII) in accordance with CBSE curriculum, fostering conceptual understanding, and preparing students for board examinations and competitive assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in
Business Studies
and
Accountancy
as per CBSE guidelines.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools to enhance learning outcomes.
Conduct formative and summative assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies in classroom instruction.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Organize academic activities such as projects, case studies, and business simulations.
Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum development and co-curricular activities.
Ensure compliance with school policies and CBSE norms.
Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Qualification:
Master's Degree in
Commerce / Business Administration
from a recognized university.
B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
Experience:
Minimum
3-5 years
of teaching experience at senior secondary level (CBSE preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong subject knowledge in

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to use digital tools and e-learning platforms effectively.
