Master's Degree in Commerce / Accountancy (M.Com) or equivalent from a recognized university B.Ed. or equivalent professional teaching qualification

Roles & Responsibilities:

Teach Accountancy to senior secondary classes (XI-XII) as per the prescribed curriculum. Prepare and deliver well-structured lesson plans focusing on core accounting concepts, financial statements, GST, company accounts, and partnership accounts. Conduct regular assessments, maintain student records, and evaluate academic performance. Use practical examples, case studies, and digital tools to strengthen conceptual clarity. Guide students in solving numerical problems, preparing for board exams, and developing strong analytical skills. Provide extra academic support to students as needed, especially during exam preparation. Maintain discipline and create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Participate in school events, staff meetings, PTMs, and professional development sessions. Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning, examination work, and academic improvement strategies.
