Position: PGT - Accounts Teacher

Location: PP International School, Pitampura

Department: Commerce

Reports To: Head of Department / Principal

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced PGT Accounts Teacher to teach senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII). The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make learning engaging and practical.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Accountancy to Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments aligned with board requirements. Maintain student performance records and prepare them for board examinations. Conduct regular assessments, tests, and provide constructive feedback. Integrate real-life examples and case studies to make concepts clear. Participate in departmental meetings, school functions, and parent-teacher interactions. Ensure discipline and positive learning environment in the classroom. Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and modern teaching methods.
Qualifications & Skills:

Postgraduate degree in Commerce / Accountancy with B.Ed. (mandatory). Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (preferred). Strong command over accounting principles, financial statements, and business concepts. Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Familiarity with digital teaching tools will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
