. Evaluate answer sheets and maintain accurateacademic records
. Provideindividual guidance and doubt-clearing support
to students. Integratereal-world business examples
to enhance conceptual understanding. Participate inschool activities, meetings, trainings, and examinations
. Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment.Qualification & Experience:
M.Com / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with B.Ed
(mandatory as per CBSE norms). Minimum2-5 years teaching experience
at Senior Secondary level preferred. Strong knowledge ofCBSE exam pattern and marking schemes
.Skills Required:
Excellent
subject knowledge
and communication skills. Ability to explaincomplex financial and business concepts
clearly. Proficient inICT tools, smart boards, and online teaching platforms
. Student-centric approach with good classroom management skills.Salary as per norms
