Job Description

Principal Duties:1. Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers. Respond to customer complaints orinquiries. Solicit customer feedback, input and information through various communicationvehicles. React to information and create a plan to consistently meet the expectations of allcustomers.2. Ensure the 24/7 execution of fuel operations at store-level including product handling, suppliesordering, and pricing compliance.3. Manage the training, coaching, and performance of all fuel service associates.4. Ensure execution of established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, proceduresand practices.5. Ensure proper execution of all cash management activities, including accurate cash handling, creditcard processes and safety procedures.6. Analyze fuel metrics and trends and prepare action plans to leverage the store's fuel operationsstrengths, and address areas of opportunity.7. Coordinate daily fuel operations assignments and activities of associates.8. Ensure fuel pricing procedures are executed.9. Maintain a minimum of 46.75 hours worked per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
