Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth daily operations including
fuel dispensing
and
convenience store management
Monitor all
financial transactions
, maintain records, and prepare
daily/weekly balance sheets
Handle
cash management
, process credit card payments, and manage cash deposits
Set
sales targets
, develop strategies, and monitor performance to maximize revenue
Manage
inventory for fuel
, including ordering, pricing, and receiving fuel deliveries
Oversee inventory of
lubricants, snacks, and other store items
Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and operational standards
Supervise staff scheduling, performance, and discipline
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high service quality
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
3-9 years of experience in petrol pump operations, retail management, or related field
Strong knowledge of inventory management and cash handling
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage staff and maintain a safe work environment
