As a Line incharge-Frame assembly you will be a part of project engineering team and will be executing the planning (Conceptualization, Ordering, Commissioning & Handover) for Frame Assembly Facilities in 1. Green Field Projects (Across all HMCL Plant Locations) 2. Brown Field Projects (Across all HMCL Plant Locations) 3. New Model Development in order to fulfil the market demand (Across all HMCL Plant Locations.

A purpose driven role for you

1.Execution of ordering of Frame Assembly Equipment for green field & brown field projects

2.New Model Development- Drawing study; assembly sequence preparation;

? Budget preparation; execution of ordering of equipment required for New Product;

? Coordination for Design & Development of new tools &

equipment exclusively required for new model;

? Coordination for New Model Trials on assembly lines

3.Process Innovation - Innovating new assembly processes in terms of quality control, man power improvement & running cost improvement;

? Automation of assembly processes

Academic Qualification & Experience

Btech in Mechanical engineering/Diploma

3 Years experience in Frame Assembly project

Execution & 6 Years experience in Frame Assembly project Execution

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1.Indepth knoledge of frame assembly processes

2,Software knowledge- CATIA /AutoCAD

3.PFMEA understanding/Fits & Tolerances

4.Understanding of EOL testing,Brake oil filling infra development

Behavioural Skills

1.Abality to work in CFTs

2.Business Accume

3.Good interpersonal skills

4.Ability to manage complex situations
