Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pet Store Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a love for animals, and a keen eye for detail in managing both people and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth business functioning.

Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.

Provide knowledgeable, friendly service to customers and their pets.

Handle inventory management, purchasing, and vendor relationships.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and animal welfare standards.

Develop in-store promotions and maintain attractive merchandising displays.

Monitor financial performance and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience (pet industry preferred).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Passion for animals and knowledge of pet products.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
