As a Pet Parent Partner, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes pet parents and their companions through our doors. You'll wear many hats, acting as a client service representative, a wellness advocate, and a concierge for all things pet-related. Your primary mission is to build trust and lasting relationships with our pet parents, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every visit.
Detailed job description:
First impressions matter! You'll be the first point of contact for pet parents, setting the tone for their visit.
Manage Customer journey and visit schedule calendar for Vets, Groomers, and customers.
Answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing clear communication about services and products.
Consultative selling, cross selling and upselling of products and services.
Manage shelf space, display and merchandising.
Demonstrating a strong knowledge of our pet retail products, recommending solutions based on pet needs, and processing transactions.
Getting to know our pet parents and their furry companions, fostering trust, and creating a welcoming environment.
Handling paperwork efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and keeping the clinic environment organized.
Maintain the service levels and adherence to Standard operating procedures of the Facility.
