Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Education Teacher (Male) to develop, plan, and implement physical education programs for students. The role involves promoting physical fitness, sportsmanship, discipline, and overall well-being among students from Grade 3-Grade 10.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical education classes as per the school curriculum and board guidelines (SSC/Telangana State Board). Organize, train, and supervise students for sports and athletic events. Develop age-appropriate fitness programs and ensure the safety of all students during activities. Identify and nurture sports talent within the school. Maintain discipline, safety, and proper use of sports equipment. Conduct fitness assessments and track student progress. Organize intra-school and inter-school sports competitions. Provide first-aid in case of minor sports-related injuries. Coordinate with other teachers and the management for sports day and other co-curricular activities. Maintain inventory and requisition for sports equipment and materials.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or equivalent. Master's degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed) preferred (optional). 1-3 years of experience as a PET or in a similar role (freshers with strong skills may be considered). Knowledge of rules and techniques for various indoor and outdoor sports.
