As a

Pet Care Counsellor

, you will be the friendly expert that pet parents rely on for guidance related to pet health, behavior, basic care, products, and overall well-being. You'll help families understand their pets better, support them through their journey, and ensure every pet gets the love and care they deserve.

This role is perfect for someone who's empathetic, a great communicator, and absolutely loves animals.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel pet parents on general pet care, hygiene, behavior, grooming, and daily needs. Help customers choose the right pets based on lifestyle, home environment, and preferences. Guide pet parents on responsible pet ownership, vaccination schedules, socialization, and basic training. Address pet parents' queries regarding pet habits, common issues, and care routines. Assist in coordinating with veterinarians, trainers, and pet experts whenever required. Maintain pet records and ensure smooth communication with customers. Keep yourself updated about breeds, pet care products, food types, and trending pet essentials. Support internal teams by sharing pet care knowledge and helping improve customer experience. Promote ethical pet parenting and ensure pets are matched with genuinely caring families.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in Veterinary Science, Zoology, or Animal Welfare is a plus. Strong understanding of general pet care and pet behavior (training can also be provided). Excellent communication and counselling skills. Ability to simplify information and guide pet parents with empathy and patience. Passion for animals and a strong desire to help them live healthier, happier lives. Ability to multitask and work well within a team.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
