Perform pest control treatments at residential, commercial, and industrial client locations.
Inspect sites to identify pest infestations and determine the appropriate treatment method.
Apply pesticides, chemicals, and traps safely as per company procedures and government regulations.
Handle pests such as termites, rodents, cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes, bed bugs, and other insects.
Prepare and submit service reports, treatment records, and client feedback after each visit.
Educate customers on preventive measures to avoid future infestations.
Maintain service equipment, tools, and chemicals in good working condition.
Follow safety protocols, wear protective gear, and comply with health and safety standards.
Ensure timely completion of service routes assigned by the supervisor.
Maintain professional behavior and good customer service at all times.
Report any technical issues, customer complaints, or service challenges to the supervisor.
Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of pest control methods and chemicals (training will be provided if required).
Ability to read and understand safety instructions and service guidelines.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Physically fit to perform fieldwork and travel to client locations.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
Valid two-wheeler license preferred.
Qualifications:
Minimum: 10th / 12th pass (preferred).
Certification in pest control (if any) is an added advantage.
Experience:
Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in pest control or field service.

Number of services completed on time.
Quality of treatment and customer satisfaction.
Adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Repeat complaints or callbacks.
