Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a Pest Control Technician with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the pest control industry. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of pest species, treatment methods, and safety protocols, along with a basic understanding of technology to support digital reporting and service efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Conduct site inspections to detect infestations, identify risks, and recommend treatment plans.

Execute pest control services using chemicals, equipment, and tools safely in line with regulatory standards.

Maintain accurate service records and reports through mobile apps/CRM tools.

Educate clients on preventive measures and provide aftercare guidance.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in proper working condition.

Support the team in adopting modern pest control technologies and practices. Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in pest control.

Strong technical expertise in pest biology, treatment techniques, and safety standards.

Basic proficiency in technology (mobile apps, or digital reporting tools).

Good communication and customer service skills.

Physically fit and able to work in varied environments.

Valid driver's license. Preferred Skills

Experience with eco-friendly and integrated pest management solutions.

Familiarity with GPS-enabled devices, smart monitoring systems, or digital service platforms.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
