Position: Pest Control Supervisor
Seeking an experienced Pest Control Supervisor to lead our field technicians. You will oversee daily operations, ensure service quality, and maintain safety standards.
Core Duties:
Lead, train, and schedule the technician team.
Conduct on-site quality inspections and handle customer escalations.
Manage equipment/chemical inventory and enforce safety protocols.
Requirements:
3+ years in pest control, with supervisory experience.
Strong leadership skills.
Two wheeler.
