? Pest Control Supervisor

?Lead and manage a team of Pest Control Technicians.?Schedule, assign, and oversee daily pest control routes and jobs.
?Ensure compliance with all safety rules, regulations, and quality standards.
?Train, mentor, and evaluate team members' performance.
?Conduct site inspections to assess pest issues and service quality.
?Manage inventory of chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
?Handle complex customer issues and complaints professionally.
?Maintain accurate records of services, chemicals used, and employee logs.
?Report on team performance and operational metrics to management.
?Experience Required: 1 to 5 years of progressive experience in pest control, including prior leadership or supervisory roles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
