Handle day-to-day office operations and documentation.
Maintain service schedules, agreements, and client records.
Assist in preparing quotations, work orders, and invoices.
Customer Coordination
Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer queries.
Schedule pest control services and coordinate with technicians.
Send AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) reminders and service follow-ups.
Data Management
Update CRM/ERP systems with client and service details.
Maintain proper records of complaints, services, and payments.
Prepare MIS reports for management review.
Finance & Billing
Support billing process - invoices, GST filing coordination, and payment follow-ups.
Track outstanding payments and coordinate with accounts.
HR & Operations Support
Assist in attendance, leave records, and technician allocation.
Coordinate with HR for staff hiring and training requirements.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure service reports, chemical usage records, and safety documentation are maintained.
Prepare reports for audits and compliance requirements.
Skills Required
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of CRM or service management software (preferred).
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Basic knowledge of billing & GST documentation.
