We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

ESIC & PF Compliance Executive

to manage all aspects related to

Employees' State Insurance (ESIC)

and

Provident Fund (PF)

compliance, with a specific focus on

accidental claim processing

, documentation, and statutory reporting. This role is crucial for ensuring employee welfare and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities: ESIC Accidental Claims:

Handle end-to-end ESIC accidental claim processes, including coordination with employees, ESIC hospitals, and branch offices. Ensure timely filing of

Form 12 (Accident Report)

and maintain all accident-related documentation. Assist employees in medical claims, follow-up with ESIC authorities, and guide them on benefits. Liaise with treating doctors and ensure compliance with ESIC timelines and policies.

PF Management:

Maintain and update PF records and ensure monthly contributions are accurately deposited. Process PF withdrawals, transfers, advances, and final settlements. Handle UAN activation, KYC updates, and employee queries related to EPFO. Generate and file statutory returns (Form 5, 10, 12A, etc.) as per EPFO norms.

Compliance & Documentation:

Maintain up-to-date records for ESIC and PF audits. Support internal and external audits related to labor laws and statutory obligations. Stay informed about changes in ESIC, PF, and labor law regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or related field. 2+ years of experience in ESIC and PF administration. Sound knowledge of

Employees' State Insurance Act

and

EPF Act

. Familiarity with ESIC and EPFO online portals. Strong communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
