Candidate should have strong communication skill in English and Bengali (both verbal and written)
Candidate must should have good writing & reporting skill
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
Need to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support
Key duties include managing schedules, arranging travel, and preparing reports and presentations
Proactive problem-solving abilities

Roles & Responsibilities:
Communication management:
Screening phone calls, managing emails, and handling all official correspondence, preparing and handling Tender.
Documentation
: managing all documents in proper organized way.
Meeting and event coordination:
Setting up meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
