Personalization capabilities - CDP (Consumer Data Platform) - P1/P2/P3
As Eli Lilly strives to achieve its purpose of making life better for patients, we have been building up our in-house 'Consumer Experience' function, which will design and implement next-generation marketing campaigns aimed at informing and educating consumers (or patients) directly.
This position provides an outstanding opportunity to develop and advance large-scale personalization around Pharma Omnichannel marketing strategies, aimed at delivering a superior consumer experience. This role plays a key part in the implementation and scaling of our Customer Data Platform (CDP), applying tools such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, RTCDP (Real-Time Customer Data Platform), and CJA (Customer Journey Analytics). You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to build journeys, deliver insights that improve marketing efforts, enhance customer journeys, and drive business performance.
