Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate

Personality Development Trainer

to conduct training sessions that boost student's confidence, communication skills, grooming, and overall personality.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom training sessions in Spoken English and Personality Development. Design and deliver engaging lesson plans and activities tailored to student's skill levels. Train students in soft skills including interview techniques, presentation skills, public speaking, grooming, and workplace etiquette. Conduct assessments and provide feedback to help students improve. Maintain student records and track progress. Motivate and encourage students to achieve their personal and professional goals. Stay updated with current trends and methodologies in language training and personality development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written). Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field (preferred). Prior experience as a soft skills/personality development trainer is a plus. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and inspire learners. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.

Experience Required:

1-3 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
