The Wellness Trainer / Coach will play a dual role of ensuring the physical, mental, and nutritional well-being of the Chairman while also safeguarding him from any potential disturbances, nuisances, or harmful influences. This position requires a holistic approach to health management, personal security awareness, and preventive care.
Key Responsibilities

Health & Wellness Management
Develop and monitor a personalized diet and nutrition plan for the Senior Manager.
Conduct regular health and fitness assessments.
Ensure adherence to wellness routines (exercise, meditation, relaxation techniques, etc.).
Collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed for preventive and corrective care.

Safety & Protection
Safeguard the Senior Manager from any nuisance, disturbance, or negative influences in the workplace and beyond.
Remain alert to identify and mitigate potential threats or upcoming challenges ("atrocities") that may impact well-being.
Provide discreet and reliable support to maintain peace of mind and security.

Lifestyle & Stress Management
Offer coaching sessions focused on mental health, mindfulness, and resilience.
Ensure a balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being.
Act as a trusted wellness advisor, offering strategies to maintain focus, positivity, and inner strength.
4.
Confidential Support
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding personal and professional matters of the Chairman
Act as a trusted point of contact for sensitive wellness and safety concerns.
Skills & Qualifications
Any qualification in Health Sciences, Nutrition, Physical Education, Psychology, or related field.
