Job Responsibilities

Conduct fitness consultations for new clients, including pre-participation screening, medical history, lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting Design and deliver individualized exercise programs aligned with members' fitness goals Educate members on app usage and benefits Lead pre-designed workouts for individuals and small groups (1-15 members) Monitor and coach members to ensure safe and effective exercise form Instruct clients on proper use of cardio, strength, and flexibility equipment Achieve monthly personal training revenue goals set by management Attend weekly/monthly team meetings Administer body scan technology and explain results to members Partner with the membership sales team to promote training and memberships Maintain facility cleanliness and organization Stay current with certifications, continuing education, and fitness industry trends
Requirements

Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduation Minimum 1 year of personal training experience Certified Personal Trainer from a nationally accredited organization (NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, etc.) CPR, First Aid, and AED certification Strong knowledge of fitness, strength training, endurance training, and program design Ability to coach individuals and groups with varying fitness levels Strong time management and motivational skills Physically able to demonstrate exercises, perform aerobic activity during classes, and lift up to 40 lbs
