Performance Trainer (Strength + Mobility + Physio Support)
Location: Chennai / Dubai / On-set (travel when required)
WHAT WE NEED
We need ONE trainer who can confidently handle:
Strength training (safe, controlled, progressive)
Flexibility & mobility work (daily stretching)
Physio-style support (muscle tightness, catches, basic release)
Injury prevention during shoots
Light conditioning without overloading
Muscle building on a vegetarian diet
On-set warm-up / cool-down
Adjusting sessions to actor schedules
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and guide safe strength sessions
Improve full-body flexibility, stiffness, posture
Provide on-set quick fixes for tightness/catches
Maintain consistent mobility routines
Ensure recovery on low sleep / high workload days
Prevent injuries during dance / action sequences
Coordinate with nutritionist & chef daily
Adapt training plans as per shoot flow
TRAINER PROFILE
Calm, composed, patient, stable personality
Experience with actors or athletes (preferred)
Strong understanding of mobility & stretching
Basic physio or sports rehab capability
Knowledge of vegetarian muscle-building methods
Not aggressive or high-intensity focused
Excellent communication and professionalism
Willing to travel and work on unpredictable schedules
WHAT WE DO NOT WANT
No bodybuilding-style aggressive trainers
No ego or over-pushing
No one who trains only in 'gym mode'
No trainers lacking mobility/physio understanding
