HR7 Fitness, Patel Nagar is a fast-growing and well-established fitness center, and we are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and professional Personal Trainer to join our team. Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one personal training sessions to gym members

Design customized workout programs based on client goals (fat loss, muscle gain, strength, endurance, rehabilitation support)

Ensure correct exercise form, posture, and technique to prevent injuries

Guide clients through warm-up, stretching, and cool-down routines

Track and monitor client progress (weight, measurements, strength, stamina)

Offer basic fitness and lifestyle counseling to clients

Maintain discipline and professionalism on the gym floor

Assist new members with gym induction and equipment usage

Motivate clients to stay consistent and committed to their fitness goals

Coordinate with management for client feedback and performance improvement

Eligibility / Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer

Fitness certification (ACE / ISSA / K11 / Gold's Gym / any recognized institute preferred)

Basic knowledge of exercise anatomy, biomechanics, and fat loss principles

Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert members into PT clients

Professional attitude, discipline, and punctuality

Physically fit, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
