Key Responsibilities:
Assist cardholder customers with their shopping requirements in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide personalized styling advice and suggest products from luxury brands within the store.
Build and maintain strong relationships with premium customers to ensure repeat business.
Stay updated on new arrivals, luxury brand collections, and promotional offers.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure availability of requested products.
Offer exclusive services such as gift wrapping, product reservations, and home delivery (if applicable).
Ensure customer confidentiality and data protection at all times.
Maintain store standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
