The Personal Security Officer (PSO) is responsible for ensuring the personal safety and security of the designated individual(s) and their belongings. The PSO must remain alert, discreet, and professional at all times while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Candidates with a valid gun license and driving skills will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide close protection and security to the assigned person during travel and at the workplace.
Escort and drive the individual safely to all scheduled destinations.
Maintain and operate the assigned vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition.
Carry and operate the licensed firearm responsibly as per legal guidelines.
Conduct advance security checks at locations and during travel routes.
Monitor surroundings to identify and prevent potential threats.
Coordinate with local authorities or internal security teams when required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances.
Prepare brief incident or activity reports as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security or PSO roles.
Valid gun license (mandatory).
Valid driving license with good driving record.
Physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
Excellent communication and observation skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and act swiftly in emergencies.
