About the Role:

The Personal Security Officer (PSO) / Gunman is responsible for close protection and ensuring the safety of the assigned individual. The role includes secure travel, risk assessment, constant vigilance, and quick response in all situations. The PSO must be trained in weapon handling, crisis management, and disciplined protocol execution. Majority of the travel will be across Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh, with occasional travel to Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide personal security and protection to the designated person during all movements
and engagements.
? Travel with the concerned individual across Himachal, Chandigarh, and Delhi as
required.
? Conduct prior risk assessments and secure routes before travel.
? Maintain constant situational awareness and identify potential threats.
? Manage crowd control and ensure safe access during public or corporate events.
? Handle weapons safely and responsibly in compliance with legal and organizational
guidelines.
? Ensure a secure environment during travel, stays, and day-to-day activities.
? Coordinate with the internal team and external authorities in case of emergencies.
? Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all personal and professional information.
? Work in a 9-hour shift, flexible as per the movement requirements.

Qualifications:

? Prior experience as a PSO, Gunman, Security Officer, or Ex-Serviceman background
preferred.
? Must hold a valid Arms License (mandatory).
? Physically fit with strong reflexes and ability to handle stressful situations.
? Excellent vigilance, discipline, and decision-making skills.
? Strong communication and ability to follow protocols strictly.
? Willingness to travel extensively and be available during urgent movements.
