Job Description

Manage and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Screen and handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally. Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Maintain confidential files and records with discretion. Handle personal and professional errands as required by the executive. Liaise with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of the executive. Assist with project coordination and monitor deadlines. Organize and maintain office systems and supplies.
