Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative and secretarial duties for the Director.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails with efficiency and confidentiality.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
Maintain records, files, and confidential documents in an organized manner.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners on behalf of management.
Support personal and professional tasks assigned by the Director.
Ensure smooth communication flow and follow up on pending matters.
Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Minimum
1-3 years of experience
as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist
Excellent communication skills
(English & Hindi; regional language is a plus)
Pleasant and professional appearance
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle responsibilities independently
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain visitor records and manage front office operations.
Coordinate with departments for smooth communication and workflow.
Manage appointments, schedules, and student or client follow-ups.
Assist in administrative and support tasks as required.
Maintain the reception area's decorum and ensure a professional appearance.
