Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Admin cum Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to CEO. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle confidential information, coordinate communications and assist in day-to-day operations with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handle all correspondence emails, calls and letters professionally and in a timely manner. Prepare reports, presentations, minutes of meetings and other documents as required. Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure all logistical arrangements are in place. Maintain confidential files and records in an organized manner. Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and key action items on behalf of the CEO. Liaise with other departments, clients, and stakeholders as needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
