Provide counseling and course guidance to prospective students.
Maintain records, files, and admission data accurately.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission and documentation processes.
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and presentable.
Assist in organizing events, seminars, and orientation programs.
Represent the institute with a positive and polished attitude.
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the employer. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts. Prepare reports, documents, and presentations when required. Handle personal errands, bookings, and reminders for the employer. Monitor and manage office supplies, bills, and documentation. Support the employer in both professional and personal tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
