Job Title: Personal Secretary
Experience: 5+ years
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage and maintain the Founder & Director's calendar -- scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
? Coordinate and follow up on internal and external meetings.
? Prepare agendas, minutes, and necessary documentation for meetings.
? Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications.
? Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
? Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
? Draft emails, letters, and reports on behalf of the Director.
? Coordinate logistics for events, presentations, and business trips.
? Ensure the Director is well-prepared and briefed for all engagements.
? Maintain organized records and documentation as required.
Requirements:
? Proven experience (5+ years) as a personal/executive assistant or secretary to senior leadership.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
? High level of professionalism and discretion.
? Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
? Ability to take initiative and work independently.
? Positive attitude and polished personality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?38,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
