Job Overview:



We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Personal Secretary to support the Managing Director (MD) with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will handle confidential information, schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and ensure the MD's day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the MD. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and data entry.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or similar administrative role. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
