The Personal Secretary will provide administrative, coordination, and confidential support to the Managing Director. The role requires strong communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to follow up on the MD's instructions across departments in a fast-paced jewellery manufacturing environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (any discipline); MBA/administration background preferred
2-5 years' experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Tamil)
Good presentation skills
(PowerPoint & visual formatting)
Excellent MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Proactive in executing and monitoring MD's directions
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Key Responsibilities (Brief)
Manage the MD's schedule, meetings, and travel plans
Draft emails, letters, reports, and presentations
Coordinate with departments and communicate the MD's instructions
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
Maintain documents, files, and confidential records
Prepare minutes of meetings and track action points
Coordinate operational updates related to production and administration
