Key Responsibilities:
Manage the MD's schedule, meetings, and correspondence
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients
Prepare letters, reports, and meeting minutes
Maintain project and office documentation
Handle confidential information professionally
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience as a secretary or executive assistant (construction experience is an advantage)
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office
