Role Overview
We are looking for a professional, well-organized Personal Secretary to support the Managing Director of . The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communication, travel, documentation, and confidential business activities while ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage MD's calendar, appointments, and travel plans.
Handle emails, calls, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting minutes.
Maintain confidential files, agreements, and office documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Support MD in administrative and business activities as required.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Commerce/Administration/Management preferred).
EA/Secretary/Executive Coordinator.
Excellent communication in English & Hindi(Marathi preferred).
Strong skills in MS Office, documentation, and email drafting*.
Organized, proactive, discreet, and able to multitask under tight timelines.
Flexibility with working hours when required.
