to assist our Managing Director in managing day-to-day operations, communications, and coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the MD's schedule -- appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle gatekeeping, calls, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Coordinate import documentation and logistics related to procurement and trade.
Ensure timely follow-ups on key tasks and projects.
Support in administrative and operational duties to ensure smooth office functioning.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA Graduate (preferred specialization: HR, International Business, or Operations).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Secretary / Office Coordinator.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
Familiarity with import/export procedures and documentation will be an added advantage.
