Job Title: Personal Secretary to Managing Director

Reports To: Managing Director
Job Purpose:
To provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth office operations, efficient communication, and effective time management while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage MD's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow-ups.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and track progress.
Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Maintain filing systems (digital & physical) for easy retrieval.
Act as the first point of contact for the MD.
Assist in identifying issues, providing solutions, and prioritizing tasks.
Required applicants with :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency required).
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional appearance, discretion, and reliability.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Personal Secretary/Executive Assistant.
Prior experience supporting senior executives preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
