We are looking for a dedicated and professional Personal Secretary to assist the Managing Director
(MD) with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have
excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle mail correspondence, draft and manage communications on behalf of the MD.
Take dictations and prepare letters, reports, and documents accurately.
Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Attend and manage phone calls, including screening and directing them appropriately.
Coordinate flight bookings, travel arrangements, and accommodation for the MD.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Liaise with clients, visitors, and internal staff on behalf of the MD.
Provide efficient administrative and personal assistance as required.
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pleasant personality and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality
