Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and make all travel arrangements and bookings.
Communication Management:
Act as the main point of contact for executives, screening and routing calls, responding to emails, and managing other correspondence.
Document & Information Management:
Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and other documents; maintain organized filing systems for both paper and electronic records; and conduct research for executive review.
Administrative Support:
Handle basic bookkeeping, manage office supplies, and perform other general office duties.
Meeting Coordination:
Arrange logistics for meetings, take minutes, and ensure executives are prepared for events.
Confidentiality:
Maintain a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality in handling sensitive company information.
