We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet
Personal Secretary
to support the CEO/Director in managing day-to-day operations, schedules, communication, and key organisational priorities. The role requires excellent time management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while maintaining complete confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance & Coordination
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans -- ensuring effective prioritisation and time optimisation.
Prepare and organise agendas, briefs, and documents for meetings, presentations, and client interactions.
Act as the primary point of contact for all communication to and from the CEO's office -- including email correspondence, calls, and internal coordination.
Liaise with senior management, clients, and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
Track and follow up on key action points, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Administrative & Office Management
Handle confidential documents, reports, and files with discretion.
Manage reimbursements, expense reports, and vendor coordination related to the CEO's office.
Support in drafting official letters, internal communications, and documentation as needed.
Strategic Support
Assist in research, background notes, and data collation for presentations or business meetings.
Help monitor important projects, timelines, and company initiatives aligned with leadership priorities.
Coordinate logistics for internal reviews, leadership offsites, and special initiatives.
Travel & Event Management
Plan and execute detailed travel itineraries, bookings, and logistics for domestic and international trips.
Organise key meetings, events, and engagements involving leadership and external stakeholders.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
and productivity tools.
Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, English, or a related field.
2-6 years of experience supporting CXO-level executives or senior management (preferably in a corporate, consulting, or professional services setup).
Prior experience in client coordination, office management, or executive support preferred.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced, dynamic consulting setup requiring agility and discretion.
Role involves close interaction with leadership teams and external stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
