Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Director/Executive.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and organize confidential records, files, and documents.
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and communication on behalf of the executive.
Coordinate office tasks, events, and follow-up on pending actions.
Ensure the executive's time is utilized efficiently through effective prioritization.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the office.
